Deep Relaxation and Meditation through the Science of Brain Wave Therapy

Meditation is recommended by many physicians and mental health practitioners as a great way to reduce stress and increase your overall sense of happiness and peace. However traditional forms of meditation can take a long time to learn and years of practice to reach the deep states of relaxation that have the most benefit. Now there is a better way to reach deep states of relaxation in a safe and effective way: using a simple audio program of stereo sound waves on headphones, you can quickly and reliably enter deep states of relaxation and enjoy the benefits without years of practice.
Based on scientific research by biophysicist Gerald Oster at the Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, brain wave audio technology sends pure, precisely tuned sound waves of different frequencies to your brain via stereo headphones.
These sound waves which oscillate at a precise number of cycles per second at different frequencies in each ear, can cause the brain to reach a desired state of brain wave activity:
Alpha Waves – for relaxation, visualization and creativity
Theta Waves – for meditation, intuition and memory
Delta Waves – for healing, sleep and detached awareness
Gamma Waves – for precognition, higher learning, focus

Kelly Howell’s Brain Sync is a leader in the field of Brain Wave Therapy and the programs she has developed are internationally acclaimed and clinically proven – her Brain Sync programs are used in hospitals and recommended by doctors and psychologists internationally.
Kelly has developed many Brain Sync programs which utilize the science of brain wave therapy to address several areas of improvement and health. Each program induces a specific level of brainwave activity that is ideal for the issue to be worked on. In addition, many programs also include subliminal messages to help your deep subconscious program your mind for the desired behavior.
| Editors Note: I have personally used Kelly Howell’s Brain Sync program “Guided Meditation” and can tell you simply that it really does work.By simply putting on my headphones and listening to the program, I quickly and reliably enter a state of deep relaxation where I am able to work on my creative visualization and explore deeper thoughts and consciousness. After using the Brain Sync program, I experience much less stress and overall feel healthier, more energetic and more creative. I highly recommend the Brain Sync programs. — Apollo |
For example, the Brain Sync Stop Smoking Program induces meditation with harmonically layered frequencies to encourage your mind to enter a Theta wave state and at the same time, includes subliminal messages which program your mind to live as a healthy, non-smoker. All subliminal messages are listed in the program materials – so you will know exactly what is being programmed.
The Stop Smoking program also features a second track with only meditation music and subliminal messages and no Theta waves, which can be listened to at any time, without headphones.
Other programs, such as Guided Meditation
, don’t have subliminal programs, but instead Kelly’s voice guides you through the meditation process teaching you how to reach a deep state of relaxation where you can gain insight and practice creative visualization.
As with most Brain Sync programs, Guided Meditation
also features a second track which can be used in addition to the first. The second track contains meditation music and Theta waves but no guidance – providing a wonderful opportunity to create your own, personal meditation using the techniques learned on the first track.
With over fifty Brain Sync programs developed, you are sure to find a program which address an area that you would like to develop or a problem that you would like to work on. From relieving jet lag to helping you body heal itself through meditation and relaxation, Brain Sync offers wonderful programs that can help you find your center and peace. Programs are available on audio CDs, Cassettes or as direct download MP3s.

I started listening to Brain Sync albums a few weeks ago. I listen to a Gamma Wave recording on an album called Meditation that was released on 9/3/10. I play this for an hour at the start of my work day, and I have seen an improvement in focus. Perhaps we could blare this on Congress!
